What benefits are offered to businessmen for the purchase of gift certificates?

Each certificate purchased by you may be marked with your business name or your trademark (sticker, stamp, etc.…). In view of the fact that the value of the certificate will not exceed CZK 500 excl. value added tax, the conditions will be fulfilled so the certificate can be considered an advertising or promotional item as pursuant to the income tax act and the value added tax act.

How can the gift certificate be used?

1. The certificate can be used only to make a one-off payment for food and drink to its nominal value at our restaurant.
2. If the value of the purchased goods is lower than the nominal value on the certificate, any difference in the sum is not refunded. If the value of the purchased goods is higher than the nominal value on the certificate, the difference in the sum has to be paid extra in cash.
3. The expiry date is marked on the certificate and it can be used up to that date
4. The certificate cannot be exchange for cash.
5. Forging and altering certificates is prohibited and may be considered a crime.
